About Open World Wire
A bigger world. GTA 6 news, leaks, trailers & more.
Open World Wire is an independent news, leaks, trailers, features and guides site — built first around Grand Theft Auto VI, and broadening to the wider world of open-world games over time. Our whole reason to exist is simple: be the source you can trust when everyone else is chasing clicks.
Our editorial standard: facts vs rumour
The internet has no shortage of GTA 6 “news.” What it lacks is a clear line between what’s actually been confirmed and what someone made up for engagement. That line is our entire product. Every story we publish carries one of three labels:
- Confirmed — verified by an official source, such as Rockstar Games. If we tag something Confirmed, we stand behind it.
- Rumour — circulating but unverified. We’ll report that it exists and weigh how credible it is, but we will never present it as fact.
- Our read — our own read. Clearly our opinion and reasoning, kept separate from the facts it’s built on.
What you won’t get from us
- No fake countdowns or invented “leaks.”
- No rumour dressed up as confirmation to win a headline.
- No clickbait — punchy, yes; dishonest, never.
When we get something wrong, we’ll correct it openly and say what changed. Trust is earned slowly and lost fast, and we’d rather be right than first.
